determine your specific structural
requirements.
- Core testing to determine the composition
and thickness of the in-place material.
- Combine designs and methods to meet your
needs – Every effort is made to build
recycled pavement equal in quality to newly
constructed pavement using virgin materials.
- Plant production is monitored in the lab as
well as in the field to insure that both
material and placement meet the design
requirements.
- Mixes are tested for strength, stability and
resistance to moisture, prior to production.
- In-place density is monitored and core
samples are extracted from finished product
to verify actual results.
